Types Of Metal Roof Clamps

There are different kinds of metal roofs on the solar panel mounting system: trapezoidal rib roofs, standing seam roofs and corrugated metal roofs. The mounting clamps are generally aluminum brackets with stainless steel bolts that hold the solar modules securely against the underlying racking. 

Trapezoidal Rib Roof: It could adjust to fit most of the trapezoidal metal roofs with rib. The short rail also could applied to install the moduel assembly quickly and safely. 

Standing Seam Roof: the rounded standing seam clamp is mounted on round bulb metal roofs. The clamp is specially developed to fit profiles having round "bulb" seams configuration. 

Corrugated Metal Roofing: The hanger bolt with L-bracket is suggested on the PV module structure. We use EPDM to cushion the mounting rail against the roof, to ensure that the steel roof is sealed watertight after installation.
