 Cowell factory introduced a new automatic anodizing production line this week. Here are some steps to fabricate the quality aluminum profiles: 

1. Strictly control the quality of raw material ingots

2. Multiple advanced melting casting furnaces to ensure high quality aluminum rods

3. Anodizing the aluminum profiles for the first time 

Actually, some part of the aluminum component do not have the protective oxidation layer after cutting and punching. Refined processing for the second time's oxidation is very import to keep the profile from corrosion. The high class anodized aluminum fastener could withstand immense pressure and suction loads caused by wind and snow on the roof mounting system and ground mounting structure.
